Only the company editor can make changes to the company employee list. To find out if you are the company editor, take a look at this article

The company editor is able to

  1. Make changes to individual employee's profile
  2. Remove employees from the company
  3. Change the order the employees are displayed in the company. 

However, the company editor is not allowed to add employees to the company. 

To add the new employees, you can either

  1. Have your lawyers to sign up for an account at and reach out to us at to add the employees to your company.
  2. Send us (at the details and photos of your employees, and we will create and add the accounts into your company for you.
